KPK telah menetapkan mantan Direktur Jenderal Bina Keuangan Daerah Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Dirjen Keuda Kemendagri) Ardian Noervianto sebagai tersangka kasus suap.
Ardian kini telah ditahan KPK karena terlibat dalam kasus pengajuan dana Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) sebesar 24 juta dolar AS untuk keuntungan pribadi.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named the former Director General of Regional Finance of the Ministry of Home Affairs Ardian Noervianto as a suspect in the bribery case.
Ardian is currently being detained by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) for his involvement in the application for a US$24 million National Economic Recovery (PEN) fund for personal gain.
