The black ring on the shaft shouldn't be moving. Bosch service says to send it in because it has to be tightened down with a torque wrench.

Someone just asked about this problem on the Bosch Professional forum. The locking ring is threaded on. Take off the collet/nut. Remove the shaft lock collar (the bit with the lock button - two pozi screws). Unthread the locking ring and apply some locktite to the thread it seats on, then re-thread on the locking ring. Clamp the part of the shaft with the thread for the collet nut. Large mole grips would do but protect the thread with a piece of inner tube. Then, using a c-spanner, firmly tighten down the locking ring. Leave for the locktite to go off before next use. Bosch forum here: [ Ссылка ]
