INGREDIENTS

PUDDING
* Whole eggs- 2 nos
* Egg yolks- 2 nos
* Full fat milk- 1½ cup ( or mix together 1½ cup of water & 5 Tbsps of milk powder)
* Sugar- 5½ Tbsps
* Vanilla extract- ¾ tsp

CARAMEL
* Granulated white sugar- 5 Tbsps
* Water- 1 Tbsp
