In this video we will go balls deep to figure out if the all new RTX 4070 Super is a legitimate upgrade from the RTX 2070 Super. Most 4070 Super reviews will be comparing it to the 4070 or the 4080 Super. We're going to see what kind of performance increase we get if we simply swap my 2070 super from my 4 year old system. We're not pairing with the latest CPU's cause lets be real, most people don't have i9-14900ks or Ryzen 7 7800x3Ds. The Average gamer usually doesn't upgrade every time a new CPU or GPU comes out.
