Long story short...buddies protecting Buddies. 3 years of provable engine brake usage on our flat 15 mph road. Hundreds of times used and not one citation despite multiple police calls.They only pulled the ordinance when I told them I wanted the main asshole charged. Instead of protecting a tax paying resident and this whole damn neighborhood, they pulled the ordinance that was 14 years in the making. We pay for police protection and they have failed miserably...and KNOWINGLY. They knew we had mental health ussues...They knew that I personally was hspitalized twice now for loud jake brakes triggering my PTSD and leading to severe panic attack, shaking me and my bad back which hits 11 on the pain scale when being uncontrollably shaken around. Fuck em...tired of money people...
