Snowboard bindings have lot of different features, but the stiffness is what makes them pair well with you snowboard. The difference in binding flex will make a difference in the type snowboarding you're doing. The stiffer the binding the more control and aggressive you can snowboard, while a softer snowboard will give you a more free feeling while snowboarding.
