I'd like to introduce you to a new performance drill that will improve balance, hand-eye coordination and overall brain processing power so you can be a better athlete.
I learned it from my friend Daniel Gallucci who is a functional neurologist that currently trains some of the top athletes in various pro sport leagues including the NHL, NFL, NBA and UFC.
This is an advanced drill that combines a few different elements to maximally stimulate the brain including balance, gaze stabilization and one element you'll have to watch the video to learn about. ;-)
