On July 28th 2021 Farmers Guide visited East Sussex for a grass harvesting demonstration
The day was hosted by Ernest Doe Power's Ringmer, East Sussex depot to showcase the latest products from Case IH, SIP, Dalbo, KRM and other machinery brands
SIP mowers, tedders and rakes were working, with bales made by the latest Case IH LB436 HD high density square baler with tine feeding rather than a rotor - working for the first time in the UK, and a Case IH RB455 round baler.
Grass volumes were low, but ground conditions were challenging following heavy rain.
