sambar powder recipe -1
*1 cup chandal
*1cup methi seeds
*2 cups coriander seeds/dhaniya
Sambar Powder recipe -2
*In a pan add 1cup (80ml)
of methi seeds.
*and add 1cup (80ml)
of coriander seeds.
*and add 1cup (80ml)
of chanadal
dry roast on low flame until
it changes its color - golden brown.
Keep aside.
*transfer to a bowl and
allow to cool completely.
*now blend to fine
and smooth powder.
*sambar powder is ready, store in a air tight container and use to prepare
sambar Recipes.
