To buy and equip a parachute in GTA 5 Online, you can follow these steps:

Go to any Ammu-Nation store on the map and look for the parachute on the wall.

Buy the parachute and any accessories you want, such as reserve parachute, smoke or bag.

Go to the interaction menu, select style, and then parachute to equip and change your parachute.
Press X or A to deploy your parachute when you are high enough in the air
