At least 60 people have been killed and over 100 others injured when two suicide bombers detonated their explosives outside a church in the Pakistani city of Peshawar. Pakistan's Christian minority have often voiced their anger at the country's failure to tackle militancy and extremism, which has claimed thousands of lives over the last decade.
