Today's viewer writes in asking about peripheral neuropathy. She's already gone gluten free, gone alcohol free, gone sugar free, and it's helped tremendously, but she's looking for additional advice on what she can do to help kind of push herself over that plateau.
Here's what I would highly encourage you to do. Get with a solid functional medicine practitioner, and have your micronutrient levels assessed. You want to measure these things, because if your body is low in these nutrients, you can cut foods out of your diet, you can restrict your diet, but remember, nutrients are the building blocks that help your body heal.
So having those things evaluated is a critical step in finding what you can do to improve that neuropathy further.
Remember, every Monday night we do this show live (6:00 PM Central Standard Time) where you can ask your questions in live time. So make sure you subscribe below to the channel so that you can get notifications when we go live on Monday nights.
If you can't find a good functional medicine doctor, click the link below. We've got a link to our office, where if you want to setup a consult we can arrange something via phone for you if you want to dive into this a little bit deeper.
