I was vegan for longer than I should have been. I was a vegetarian for longer than I should have been. After 16+ years of plant based eating, I have come to understand it is NOT healthy or good for us. It nearly killed me. Veganism is truly a cult. When you leave a cult, remember, they are never happy with you for leaving.
