Ingredients -
Boiled Potato
Sabudana (Sago) - 1 Cup
Rock Salt - 1/2 Tbsp
Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
Coriander Leaves
First of all take boiled potatoes and mash or grate well. Now in a pan dry roast Sago (Sabudana). And let it cool. Transfer it in a jar and grind it. Now sieve. Start making dough. Mix Sago (Sabudana) Flour in Potatoes. Add Salt, Black pepper and coriander leaves and make dough. And let it rest for 15 mins.
Now divide it in small pieces. flattened like this and roll it on rolling board with the help of dry flour. Cut it with round bowl or Cutter. Now Put a Wok on gas and add oil in it. Once heat, put rolled Puri in oil and fry from both sides till it gets golden brown. And take out on tissue paper.
