SAJID Javid insisted today that under-fire Prime Minister Boris Johnson has 'clarified his comments' after making a slur aimed at sir Keir Starmer over the failed prosecution of Jimmy Savile.
The Health Secretary told Sky News that the PM had already done enough and did not need to apologise for the comments made this week in the House of Commons.
When asked if he supported the Prime Minister, Sajid Javid insisted the PM has his complete support. Meanwhile, Chancellor Rishi Sunak has had speculation stirring after telling press he would not have said the comment himself.
