I did the 500 hour maintenance which included changing the 2 fuel filters.
When I finished the pump would not prime.
At that time the 15 amp fuse tested good.
The fuel pump was bench tested and it barely made any sound or vibration, even though it had been working before the filter change.
A new pump was ordered and installed, still no prime.
I swapped an existing relay (the horn in my case) for the pump relay, still no change.
I checked the fuse again, and it had somehow blown.
it is the 4th fuse up from the bottom on cat 287D.
