Reason 4 is Not wearing a cap after the completion of treatment. If we didn't wear the cap, the tooth would shatter into pieces and Root Canal Treatment would become a failure. Reason 3 is Delayed or Infected Tooth. If we keep postponing the treatment or if the tooth is severely infected, Root Canal Treatment will fail after completion. Reason 2 is the Dentist's Knowledge and Hand Skills.
