PT Cruiser Air Filter Housing has two clips (or latches) ... one was gone and a suitable fix is to slightly bend a NISSAN clip .... available from my Nissan dealer for $ 0.51 each..... P/N 16598-7S000 I used 2 pliers to easily open up the bend on the Nissan clip to the proper size.
