Kawempe Urban Council has started plans to reduce traffic jam on Bombo road where traffic lights replace roundabout of Kubiri , Mulago Mortuary and CMI Wandegeya.
The Mayor of Kawempe Emmanuel Serunjogi said that the work to put traffic lights will reduce traffic jam.
Funds obtained from Japanese International Cooperation for development[JAICA] and East African Development Bank.
