Welcome to Taskade. In today’s video, we will quickly break down how the hierarchy works within Taskade so you can have your tasks and objectives more organized as soon as you use Taskade.

Taskade’s structure:

1. Workspaces: Broadest Category in Taskade, usually the main goal of your project/task/team name.

2. Subspaces: Within each workspace, users can add subspaces to further categorize work into separate categories/ departments and add team members in each subspace. Ideal for teams with different departments and goals.

3.Projects: Inside every subspace, projects can be created to add templates, tasks, create new templates, and more. Projects can be used to achieve specific micro-goals to fulfill the long-term macro goals of the subspace.

4. Tasks and Chat: At the bottom of Taskade’s hierarchy lies tasks and chats. Tasks are short-term goals that can be set with due date ranges, calendar sync options, and multiple features to make it easy to create and use. Chat Boards are integrated into every project for quick communication among team members and sharing of ideas and attachments.
