- Is DiDi Just Another Risky Chinese Investment? --- $DIDI

- Learn about investing in the Chinese stock, DiDi. It is beneficial to look at a company's balance sheet to see how much assets they have relative to their liabilities. We can also view their income statement to see their revenue over the years as well as their expenses. The company has yet to turn a profit but they did generate positive operating cash flow in 2019 and 2020. The stock is down 90% since it went public about a year ago. It is trading at 0.3x sales which is ridiculously cheap.

- DiDi is the Uber or Lyft of China with 493mn users which is about 5 times the # of Uber and Lyft users combined. In 2016 the company acquired Uber China. Uber was unable to ever turn a profit in China so they sold the business to DiDi.

- It offers food delivery, bike rentals, e-bike, luxury car rides, car pooling, piggy express which is a low cost option, taxi hailing, auto leasing and financing. It is building out a large network of EV charging stations.

- The company is headquartered in Beijing, China and was founded in 2012

- The tickers trades on the NYSE & Deutsche Borse
