* UPDATE / SOLUTION / FIX *
Of course trying to fix the problem every possible way before full rebuilt was tried. Tried to remove xhp and see if there is any difference - not really. Changing only the fluid made the case even worse(not sure why). With the fluid change we reset the adaptations and as i said gear changes got worse... The transmission was fully rebuilt with upgraded clutches, refreshed valve body, new solenoids, new hydro, fluid and adaptations. The problem with slipping is gone. Although the gear change was very bad the first 50-100km especially 1st-2nd gear... After driving for a while probably 200km in the city all problems were gone. The transmission is fine, changing good. After the rebuild the fluid will be changed on 30,000 km only the first time after the rebuild. After that 60,000 km will be the range.
The car is 2006 BMW E90 330d. It’s M57 with 231hp stock. On the video the throttle is about ~20%. Another problem car made was to register a transmission fault code - “EGS: Ratio Monitoring, Gearshift 4-5” when being pushed hard. This happens only in D position of gearbox.
Mods:
Stage 1 remap
Dpf off
Swirl flaps off
Xhp stage 3
The car is making ~280hp 600nm.
