Featured in this video are the retail space connected to Tanjong Pagar MRT station at Guoco Tower and Tanjong Pagar Xchange.
Guoco Tower is named after the owner and developer. Besides retail, it contains offices, hotel and residences. Sir Dyson once owned a penthouse in the tower!
Tanjong Pagar Xchange is run by the SMRT transit corporation. Many of the shops are not leased out though.
