Change is needed for Singapore football, after yet another early exit from the SEA Games. Describing it as a "real heartbreak", Culture, Community and Youth Minister Edwin Tong admitted the solution will not happen overnight. It has been 10 years since the men's football team last qualified for the knockout stages. Mr Tong added that Team Singapore athletes have been doing well in Phnom Penh so far.
