Hello frndz hope you guys are doing well so today I am sharing a pakora platter recipe which is most common recipe in Pakistan, Basically, it's a snack recipe made with gram flour (besan) with the addition of local spices that makes it tasty and then added with different vegetables to deep fry in hot oil. It has a golden brown crispy texture from the outside and soft and juicy from the inside.
If you haven't tried the 'Pakora' yet then give it a try and you will love the taste.
Pakora is the signature snack of Ramadan Iftar.
Ingredients
✓1 boiled eggs 🥚🥚
✓1 big size potato 🥔
✓1 eggplant 🍆
✓1 big size tomato 🍅
✓2 cupgram flour(besan)
✓1/4 tbsp metha soda
✓1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
✓1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
✓1 pinch black seeds (kalonji)
✓salt (according to your
Taste)
✓oil for frying
Serve and enjoying it in iftar 👍👍
