Do you want to know how to FIX your PS5 and TV randomly TURNING ON with Device LINK or HDMI CEC. To do this, go to settings, then system and HDMI. Then you can turn off HDMI Device link on the PS5. Now look at your TV options under display and turn off the power controls for HDMI CEC and this will stop your TV turning ON.
