Chicken Kebab:
Ingredients:

450 grams boneless chicken thighs
2 small onion (made into paste and squeezed excess water out)
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
4-5 green chillies (as per your preference)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala (optional)
Black pepper
1 tbsp coriander seeds plus 1 tbsp cumin seeds crushed
Salt to taste
1 tsp ghee

Banana Pancake:
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all purpose flour*
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup mashed ripe banana, about 2 small bananas
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1 large egg
¾ cup buttermilk
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
