President Joe Biden's federal mask mandate goes into effect at 11:59 p.m. Monday, requiring everyone to wear a mask when riding trains, planes and other forms of public transportation. Ahead of that mandate, CBS MoneyWatch Reporter Megan Cerullo spoke with Anne-Marie Green and Vladimir Duthiers on CBSN about which masks provide the most protection and how to track down the best masks to keep you healthy when you're out in public.
