Last week, the huge hydraulic rams of Bonnybridge lift bridge on the Forth & Clyde Canal were removed.
The rams have a maximum pressure of 3481 PSI - the equivalent pressure of diving 1.5 miles below the sea!
With the new rams due to be installed shortly, it marks a big step towards the re-opening of the canal to sea-to-sea traffic this spring.
