you already know on this channel I go impromptu I don't prepare for a topic beforehand so this is a question that I just saw speaking part seven it's going to be my first time CELPIP speaking the question says should we be concerned about privacy in 2023 so data privacy and again I got to pick one opinion I'm going to do three points on it this video is going to be very important because what I'm going to do right after this is I'm going to analyze my own speaking we're going to look at the 90 seconds where I spoke if I made a mistake I'm going to point out that mistake if I said something good I'm going to point that out I'm going to assess myself just like I assess students I'm going to tell you if I hit all the CELPIP speaking marking criteria and if I'm going to score a seven or if I'm going to score a 12 I'm going to give you my honest answer it's my first attempt so I could go either way let's try I'm not even going to take the preparation time let's go 90 seconds I'm just starting my timer the topic of privacy has been a serious concern for a majority of the population however in my opinion it is not that concerning and it should be easily accessible to the world firstly your data is nothing more important than the person sitting next to you or your neighbor or your family member you are just a regular person your data is just like everybody else's data maybe you have a tooth missing maybe you have a certain medical disease maybe you spent a lot on shopping what is there to be embarrassed about what is so secretive that we cannot share it and if someone talks about accessing our data we lose our minds over it why is that this is more of an exaggeration than any justification for any new political system that needs to be created or any new law that needs to be passed to maintain our data privacy secondly once we understand it's not a big deal let's consider that it will actually help people if we have a medical history it can help pharmaceutical companies devise new medicines just imagine having history of thousands and millions of people how much more can medical and the scientific Fields do in order to progress Humanity in the right direction with a large data set thirdly if we leave the concern of data privacy it's one less thing t
