Shree Vitthal Rukmini Mandir Committee has constructed Shree Vitthal Rukmini Bhakta Niwas with state of the art facilities. Interestingly, the organization IGBC has given recognition to this building and it has become the first "green building" in the district. Around 1200 devotees can stay in this Bhakti Niwas. Along with this, the waste water and rain water in the building will be treated. Religious, healthy and native trees have also been planted. It is planned to reuse any dirt, waste water in this building without going outside. According to this, rain water and waste water will be treated and this water will be given to the trees in the building.
Also, arrangements have been made to collect the waste accumulated here at a place on the side of the room. In this, wet and dry waste will be separated and processed and fertilizer will also be produced. For this, a sophisticated machine has been installed in the building. At the same time, in case of fire or any other accident in the building, modern equipment has been installed to control the incident. In the event of a fire, oxygen and water spray will start within seconds. Also the place where the fire started. "High pressure" water supply is going to be done at that place. Apart from this, the greatness of various saints of the Varkari sect has been presented through murals.
Religious as well as healthy trees like tulsa, marigold, red flower, 27 trees of 27 constellations etc. have been planted in this devotee residence. Specially, the Nakshatra which is running while cultivating the Nakshatras. Trees are planted on that constellation. 78 halls have been prepared in this Bhakta Niwas which can accommodate 8 people together. Also, 63 halls that can accommodate five people have been prepared. 81 rooms with 2 beds, 51 air-conditioned VIP rooms with two beds, 8 VIP suites, 6 VVIP suites are provided. Also, one BHK flats have also been prepared to accommodate the devotees who come here and stay for a few months. There is a well-equipped vegetarian restaurant where many people can dine at the same time. At the same time, a 2200 square meter lawn and a 15 by 09 meter stage have also been prepared to host the event at this place. 43 galles have also been built on the front side of the Bhakti Nivas. Also, parking arrangements have been made to accommodate 273 four-wheelers and 200 two-wheelers. Also electricity will be generated from solar energy.
