It's okay to grab some shut-eye during the day, especially if you have a busy schedule and require maximum focus and energy. You just have to ensure that you sleep long enough to awaken rejuvenated, but not so long that you enter slow-wave sleep and awaken feeling groggy. This powernap audio is designed to help you acquire 20-30 mins of refreshing sleep. You may choose to use it to help refocus your mind during study, or while on a break at work.
The audio begins at Alpha and immediately descends to slow wave Delta beats at the four minute mark, where it rests for 24 minutes before gradually ascending up to Beta (full waking consciousness) for the remaining duration.
INSTRUCTIONS: You don't have to do anything - just let go and allow yourself to fall asleep within the first 5-10 minutes of the audio. There will be an alarm at the end to awaken you (29:35). This will slowly fade in rather than commence abruptly. Isochronic tones are used in addition to binaural beats, so headphones are optional.
Please note that if you're not used to falling asleep to brainwave audios, there is usually an adjustment period, though some may experience results right away. A useful tip is to spend 5 mins beforehand relaxing your body and stilling your mind.
