In a mixer, add 1/4th cup cashews/peeled almonds, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1 cheese slice, some basil leaves, 2 tbs oil, 1/2 tbs salt, pepper & white pepper….blitz everything till a coarse, thick textured paste forms…taste and adjust any seasonings as per your liking…and that’s it! Enjoyyyyy!
