Just off Highway 58 as you come into Bakersfield from the East, at the Weedpatch Highway exit, on the south side of 58, you'll find a couple of food trucks. One specializes in Indian food, and is an excellent choice if you like Indian food. The other is El Buen Pastor, in my personal opinion, one of the best Taco Trucks in town. Steet tacos, tamales, nachos, elote,............. and ALL of the highest quality.
