DETAILS:
A motorcycle rider is dead after slamming into the back of an SUV at the intersection of 91st St and S Western Ave early Tuesday night.
At this time it is unknown if the motorcycle was racing with another person.
LAPD traffic officers are canvassing the area for cameras in order to acquire video of the incident.
Unknown if the driver of the SUV stayed at the scene as he was not seen anywhere.
LAPD officers are not answering questions at the moment.
