Deleting resources in Azure is quick and easy, almost too quick and easy. This is where Azure Resource Locks come to save us. They allow us to lock devices from being deleted and make them read-only so that the settings can't be adjusted. In this topic, we look at creating the locks on devices with the Azure Command Line Interface. We look at what happens when we try to change a locked device and explore locking a whole resource group. This makes it quick and easy to lock multiple resources and stop us from making any silly mistakes.
