Elon Musk withdrew his lawsuit against OpenAI (the creator of ChatGPT) but the reason as to why remains unclear. In this video, I'll explain why a lawsuit can sometimes be withdrawn with or without prejudice (in Elon's case, he withdrew without prejudice), what those legal terms mean for both parties involved (as well as why it matters), and what happens when we have these early endings to lawsuits.
