Kevin O'Sullivan speaks to Dr Daniel Jolley, senior lecturer in psychology at Northumbria University, about theories and conspiracy theories surrounding coronavirus.
Dr Jolley says conspiracy theories arise when people try to understand the complex world that we live in, telling Kevin "typically, conspiracies arise in moments of crisis in society...because these crises breed uncertainty and anxiety."
Kevin raised a number of conspiracy theories, including 'Adolf Hitler did not shoot himself, Elvis Presley was alleged to be a CIA agent, the Titanic was sunk by a torpedo and Queen Elizabeth the first was a man."
