In a press conference, Congress President Rahul Gandhi questioned Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on why he didn't inform the investigative agencies, ED and CBI, when Mallya told him he was leaving for London. Rahul blamed the BJP for colluding with a criminal and asked if Jaitley met Mallya on the orders of the Prime Minister's Office.
