This video was shot on a golf course on the east coast. Some tarpon must have come through the spillway during a high tide such as this one, and somehow survived ever since! There are about 2 dozen in this pond, ranging from about 5 to 30 pounds. This tide was about 7.5 feet, so water was pouring into the pond. We were lucky to hit it at the right time, as the tarpon were stacked up at the entrance.
