How long can you leave your dough before completing the mixing processes and still end up with a great loaf?
I mixed all the ingredients then left the dough covered for 5.5 hours, then a quick final mix followed by some quick coil folds, shaping and then into the fridge for 18h. Check out tomorrow reel and be surprised 😯.
