As one half of Bompas & Parr, Sam Bompas is one of the most famous food experimenters and multi-sensory experience designers in the world. With his co-creator and business partner Harry Parr, he works with artistic institutions, commercial brands, private clients and governments to deliver emotionally compelling, multi-disciplinary experiences that are rich in both taste and narrative. In addition to their experience-crafting and their penchant for jellymongering, they design and publish books under their own publishing house, Bompas & Parr Editions.

I filmed Sam and his chicken nugget shirt at the Bompas & Parr headquarters in London amid the planning of various events and the making of chandeliers out of spirit bottles. I felt like Charlie in the chocolate factory.
