There are a lot of rules and regulations farmers are required to follow to ensure their semi trucks are in compliance with the Ministry of Highways Department of Transportation (DOT).
Semi’s are frequently pulled over and checked for things like weight limits and dimensions. These are just some of the things that the DOT checks. Although farm operations are exempt from annual safeties, we at KF Kambeitz Farms choose to have our trucks and trailers inspected annually.
