In this video I wanted to explain my personal progress, what motivated me the most as well as what worked the best. I hear a lot of people not discussing their weight or wanting to check the scale and i am aware this may trigger people. If this is so, I suggest you do not watch this video.
If you work better by tracking, numbers - this video is for you. This works the best for me too as I like to track and see how i'm weighing as this is what motivates me.
