This video is an extract of the testimony of Johannes Rutten, who was deployed as platoon commander and intelligence officer in the Netherlands battalion of UN peacekeepers, known as DutchBat, in the Srebrenica enclave from January to July 1995. This, and other materials from the Tribunal's courtrooms have been translated into Dutch for the purpose of equipping Dutch educators with content for teaching students about the work of the ICTY.
