One of my favourite street food the smell that I could never resist every Sunday i used to love eating it with my family I miss those days so much so as I was celebrating fathers day what better recipe could I have posted or done other than this love to all the dads from me happy belated fathers day
Ingredients
Beef (5-6 fine slices)
Cinnamon stick 1 n half inch
Garlic 5-6
Ginger 1 n half inch
Pepper 8-10
Green chillies 2
Turmeric powder half tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Cloves 8-9
Tamarind
Fresh coriander
Ginger garlic paste 1tbspn
lime 1
Salt to taste
Semolina
Eggs 2-3
Oil
Carrot 1
Onion 1
Cabbage half
Pao (breads) 5-6

Method
1)Grind Cinnamon stick, Garlic ,Ginger, Pepper, Green chillies, Turmeric powder, Cumin seeds, Cloves, Tamarind, Fresh coriander and little water and bland it to a paste and keep it a side
2) take beef slices and marinate it with ginger garlic paste, salt, lime juice and the grinded paste and mix it well. Then keep it a side to Marinate at least 3-4 hrs or overnight
3) in a bowl beat the eggs by adding little salt
4) on a plate spread the Semolina
5) gently deep the beef slices in the egg and then coat it with Semolina on eight sides
6) add oil in a pan and fry the beef on a slow flame
7) mean wile in a bowl add finely chopped carrot, onion, Cabbage, chopped Coriander, lime juice and salt and mix it well and keep it a side
8) once the beef cutlet is fried on one side turn on the other side till its cooked properly as per your preference
9) on the beef cutlet put some salad and then you have to stuff the cutlet in the bread
