Day 8: Pigs in Blankets
Ingredients:
8 Rashers of Streaky Bacon
8 Chipolata Sausages
8 Sage Leaves
1 tbsp cooking oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pre-heat your oven to 180°c.
Lay each rasher of bacon flat across the tray then place a sausage, and 1 sage leave at 1 end.
Roll each one, creating your pigs in blankets. Then roast in the oven for 15mins … enjoy!
