Hi friends, I often eat a lot of cold cut sandwiches during the summer months so I don't have to heat up my house when it's crazy hot outside!! 🥪🥪 In this video, I'm sharing how to make one of my very favorite cold cut sandwiches: this easy Roast Beef and Red Pepper Sandwich is rich in flavor, but it's a snap to make. I prefer to use deli roast beef that's thinly sliced (sliced at a 1) for this sandwich. If you prefer to eat this as a warm sandwich, just place the bread, meat and cheese under the broiler for one minute or two to heat it up. Then top it with the veggies and the second slice of toast. Chips, fries, fresh fruit, a cup of soup or a side salad all make excellent accompaniments for this roast beef sandwich.
