200 million Muslims across India are marking the holy month of Ramadan amidst the COVID-19 lockdown. The shutdown has forced one of Asia's most iconic mosques, the Jama Masjid, to fall silent for the first time in 300 years. The gateway to India's largest mosque was locked and boarded up, with police officers patrolling the streets to enforce the strict lockdown.
