You’ll feel it in your spirit. As you grow with the Lord as you continue to seek Him and walk in the spirit then your discernment grows and God will speak to you in give you the green light to take action or be still.

But understand that what you consume matters a lot. The same way you can hear God's voice from spending time in prayer and the Bible is the same way you’ll hear the voice of the enemy if you only spend time consuming things that are not of God.
